- Weather-related cancellations (as per our weather policy)
- Double booking or scheduling errors on our part

Refund Timeline
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are non-refundable:
- Booking deposits for confirmed reservations (unless cancellation policy applies)
- Services that were delivered and set up as agreed
- Cancellations made outside the permitted cancellation window
- Damage fees or additional charges incurred during the rental period
