- Delivery and set up
We provide delivery, setup, and (where applicable) dismantling services for all event equipment. All items are transported using our dedicated company vehicles to ensure safe handling and quality presentation.
- Delivery fees or Free Delivery.
Delivery and setup charges are calculated based on event location, access, timing, and setup requirements. Final fees are agreed upon and confirmed during the booking process.”
- Delivery time to local/ International.
All deliveries are scheduled in advance based on your event timing. Standard delivery is arranged on the day of the event or as agreed during booking
- Payment Confirmation – Services. For payments processed via Telr, payment confirmations are issued directly by email from the payment gateway.
- For all other payment methods, invoices are issued upon request or when required.
